Abstract

               The librarian satisfaction is a benchmark of evaluation and self-assessment related to work quality and performances. A happy librarian works more efficiently, with more passion, developing institutional loyalty and turn into am ambassador of the library, users and reading. Julian Marquina has identified the causes generated the library satisfaction in Spain, that are common for all librarians in any countries.
