The article highlights a novel aspect for the library activity – emotional – related to the winter holidays: festive events, exhibitions, interactive activities for preschool users, all refl ected by the librarians in articles. The analisys ofer a reach materials, facts about the Municipal Library activities within the context of winter holidays.
